TRAVEL

For your travel dates, please note that the registration fee covers the accommodation at the institute or the village, only for the period of 2-8 June 2024. 

TRANSFER CARGESE - AJACCIO AIRPORT

Arrival: Two shuttles from the Ajaccio Airport to the institute will be organised on Sunday 2.

Usually, the first one is scheduled to leave the airport at noon, and the second one in the evening. If your flight arrives very late on Sunday, you will need to arrange your airport transfer by taxi at your charge.

Departure: The shuttles from the institute to the Ajaccio Airport will be scheduled for the morning on Saturday 8.

We are not able to provide free transportation from/to the airport on different dates.
However, the IESC may help booking a taxi according to your special arrival / departure times.

ACCOMMODATION

When registering, please choose from the dropdown list to indicate your preference between: 
–  Appartement partagé à Cargèse: Room in a shared flat in Cargese. 
–  Chambre à l'Institut d'Etudes Scientifiques de Cargèse: Shared room at the Institute.
The room distribution is made according to various criteria, but we will try our best to match your preference.

DIET

Please indicate on your registration form if you have any special dietary restrictions or allergies.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

The attendees are not authorized to register any accompanying persons.
Should you come with family members, the arrangements for their accommodation and meals should be made from your side.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS

If you need an official document such as an invitation/acceptance letter to support your application for a visa to come to France to participate in this event, please contact us via e-mail as soon as possible, we can prepare the required document for you.
